We are a professional, non-profit association whose members represent customer contact organizations and individuals/businesses who support them. Our membership consists of organizations of all sizes, from a variety of industries - manufacturing, healthcare, financial, BPO, technology, staffing and more. Our focus includes all processes, functions, technologies human and organizational aspects of the modern day contact center. We host monthly events via webinar and in the metro Kansas City area to benefit learning and networking.
