Managing a Hybrid Work Environment
Kellen Brittingham - Director, Operations Support
Deluxe in KC recently made the move to return to office but was met with issues retaining talented individuals who were reluctant to give up the work-life balance they’d achieved with remote work. It made sense to meet the employees half-way and try something we’d never done before by offering hybrid remote options to call center agents. Kellen will speak to some of the unforeseen challenges we met along the way and how the results have been so far.
Kellen has been with Deluxe for 10 years, in a variety of capacities, including instructional design and delivery, operations management and most recently leading the operations for our core check business. Prior to this role, he had direct responsibility for the operations of our web services business including call center functions.
