Program Description: Ronni will talk about her tenure with the City of Olathe, and how she has developed a culture of Exceptional Service with her customer-facing teams. From onboarding to training on START approach to customers, recognition and team activities, Ronni will talk about strategies to bring to life the vision and mission for Exceptional Services.
Speaker Bio: Ronni has led the City of Olathe Customer Service team for the past six years. Prior to her work with the City, she held senior management positions in the Telecom industry where she applied program and change management skills to improve business operations. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Ottawa University.
