Featuring Jill McCarthy - SVP | Corporate Attraction at Kansas City Area Development Council

Drawing on 28+ years economic development experience, Jill leads the strategy, initiatives and business recruitment activities for the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC). KCADC represents the bi-state, 18-county, Greater KC Region to companies evaluating opportunities for relocation or expansion. 

Jill is engaged with professional organizations such as CREW KC (President), ULI (KC Advisory Board), KC Tech Council (Board Member), CoreNet Global, 7x24 Exchange, AFCOM, ACCP, IEDC, regional economic development groups, and non-profits such as Parkinson’s Foundation Heartland.  In 2018 she was honored as a member of the KC Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business.

ACCP will host its annual Membership meeting featuring keynote speaker, Jill McCarthy.   How is the Kansas City area economy holding up relative to peer cities in the US?  Jill will speak about the unique challenges and opportunities that have presented themselves this past year.
