Are you a fast thinker or a slow thinker? How does thinking impact your ability as a leader? Fast thinking (dubbed System 1 b Kahneman) is unconscious, emotional, instinctive. Fast thinking results in snap judgements and, sometimes prejudice. Slow thinking (System 2) is what most of us would consider actual thought: conscious, deliberative, and primarily rational.
