 The Secret Sauce in Knowledge Management

We’ve learned that many organizations are not as efficient as we would like them to be when accessing knowledge resources. Training and operation teams, through no fault of their own, are often out of sync with each other, leading to inefficiencies. In this presentation, we will present a Knowledge Operations Maturity Model that will help assess how your team is using knowledge and how they can improve. All while reducing training time, time to proficiency, average handle time and agent and supervisor stress!

Presenter Bio

Greg is the company's leading maestro. After working professionally composing music, he swapped music notes and scales to build a new masterpiece. In 2003, he co-founded Blue Mango Learning Systems with his brother, Trevor. Together they researched the training process in the ultrasound industry, which laid the groundwork for what would eventually become ScreenSteps.

Greg loves working with the ScreenSteps team and customers to create repeatable training systems that make employees knowledgeable, consistent and efficient in as little time as possible. 

Greg lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife and four boys (yes, there are lots of broken things in their house). 


We are a professional, non-profit association whose members represent customer contact organizations and individuals/businesses who support them.
